The Arcanist School had always been the favourites to win after dominating the event for the past 102 years. Most of their students are females due to the nature of females been more magically sensituve when compared to the males

The school is represented by the Witch Trainee Noa, who was never the top choice to represent the school, but a power struggle among the lecturers in the school result in Noa winning the votes to represent the school.

A orphan that was raise by one of the lecturers of the school, she had vowed to win the race for her adopted parents
