The Arcanist School had always been the favourites to win after dominating the event for the past 102 years. Most of their students are females due to the nature of females been more magically sensituve when compared to the males

The school is represented by the Witch Trainee Noa Christine, who was never the top choice to represent the school, but a power struggle among the lecturers in the school result in Noa winning the votes to represent the school.

An orphan, she was bought up by an elderly lecturer couple of the Arcanist School. As her adoptive parents and her are from a less prestigious branch of the school, she was frequently pick on and look down upon by students from the more prestigious branches, but she never despair and instead use such negativity to motivate herself to greater magical heights.

She wasn't initially selected as the representative for the school, she was in fact the fifth choice but bickering within the School selection Committee, resulted in her ending with more points than the other 4.

With the possiblity of a better life for her adopted parents, she set her mind to winning the race, althought there are voices within the school that secretly hope she will fail in the race.

I did some changes to the character design and storybackground. More Character art will be coming so stay tuned.

Very nice. I was hoping to see a more casual portrait of Noa. She's got an underdog feel to her, even though her school's the favorite to win the race every year. Plus, gotta love that school uniform. Despite being magical it's got a military feel to it; especially that awesome hat.

Certainly hope to see more of Noa and the other two competitors. Great work my friend.

dont worry there will be a casual wear along the way, and she's not sticking with one dress code :D

It may be intentional but it seems to me that the "broom" (ceremonial design, I assume) floats on its own accord and that she just keeps hold of it. If so, the item may have an more permanent flight enchantment - maybe her own?

Man, I love your style.
She looks amazing, so detailed.
Her outfit is terrific, looking forward to see the design of the other ones.
For some reason her knee really caught my eye...
