Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Mood: Joy

Okay 2 weeks to Cosfest (a big local anime/cosplay/doujin event) and... I had to go back to serve and protect the nation as all physically and mentally fit Singaporean must.

Haiz and that left me with no time to finish another painting for Cosfest, so I guess that painting will have to wait till A.C.M.E or STGCC. The last week till now was hell, rushing projects, personal pieces and at the same time preparing for my duties >_<....

The good thing that came out of last week, was to find a good stall of Ramen near my workplace (Okay not that near considering I had to walk a kilometer there, but good food is good food, if it is good, it is worth the trouble as in all good things in life)

And now for something good for all those that are thinking of getting some prints from me but find the pricing is kinda steep here (if you live in Sg you can get them directly from me, it is cheaper then getting through dA)

I will be having a sales on all my most popular artworks starting from next week for 2 weeks which is after the week of cosfest

Argh! I writed wrong. Sorry! I thought you was out of the army. i don't know if you remind, i was part of the army here in Brazil, as an aspirant-oficial. I left it, to study graphic design. Man, you still in the army and works with illustration, this is impressive.

well i am not really "in" the army. In our country, it is our law that all male citizen are required to serve in the army for 2 years of our life, and after which we must return to training once every year.
